If I could give my encounter with this company zero stars, I would. I wish that I could be writing a review on the quality of this company's work. I wish I could say that they were helpful and had quality individuals working for them but I never even got the chance to work with them. I was working with one of their reps, William to try and get my roof repaired. Initially he was very attentive and helpful. However, when I ran into issues dealing with my insurance company he disappeared. He stopped responding to phone calls and texts. I even gave him the opportunity to simply tell me that they were no longer interested in my business and still no response. If this is how Quick Roofing trains their people to deal with customers, I am glad they never touched my roof as this was one of the most unprofessional ways of handling customers that I have ever seen. You would think that a business that could benefit so heavily from positive reviews and customer referrals would take more time in training their employees on how to take time to respond to customers.

I want to thank Todd Rowe and Quick Roofing for our new roof. Our roof looks so awesome. I am very pleased with this dependable and professional roofing company. I was really impressed, when the roofers protected my pool and shrubs by completely coverings them, before starting any roofing work. They were done roofing in one day. I will definitely, recommend this reliable roofing company to all my friends and family.

Quick Roof had to redo a roof for me in Ellis County. The initial roofer did a poor install. Quick Roof was hired to tear off and replace the three month old roof. They were Quick, professional, and they cleaned up their mess well.

I had the pleasure of working with Brad. He came out for the inspection within one day and let us know that repairs that were requested by the inspector on the home we were selling were not needed. It's a testament to his honesty and the integrity of their company that he did not attempt to sell us unnecessary repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend him!
