This company can get good work done, but they do not listen very well. They hire out for many of the jobs they do. When I was contacted by LTH to set a time, I would tell them when I was not available. That would end up being the time that someone would appear at my house to do the job. I specifically told them when I would be out of town on vacation and to not schedule a contractor to show at my house to replace my gutters. I get back in town and find a huge mess in my backyard where the guy moved all of the stuff on my patio and didn't reset anything. And he left a lot of other mess on the patio. Same thing with the contractor that came to stain my fence. He came on a morning that I said I was not available; it was set up for him to show that day anyway. And it's not like I am not available a lot; I am a school teacher and had off all summer to get this stuff done. Last issue was the paint contractor. I showed him the brand of paint to buy and told him the color to buy. I told him the color at least three times. I offered to write it down. LTH representative was right there and confirmed the color. He bought the wrong color and painted it without confirming with me. When I bring this up with the owner of LTH, he will not take care of fixing the problem. If I could do it all over again, I would definitely use someone else. Owner is definitely not friendly when he speaks with you.
