I definitely recommend Roger Romero Roofing. They did a great job on my roof at a fair price. They were very professional, friendly, and punctual . They kept me well informed during the entire process.

Unprofessional contractor! Repaired my roof less than a year ago and it is leaking in several places. He won’t return my calls for repair request. Warranty in effect but he won’t comply. Don’t waste your money with this company. Another phony contractor giving El Paso a bad reputation!

Services: Changed roof. Acted as contractor for other major repairs after mold remediation (he doesn't do mold remediation himself): wall repairs, painting, floor installation, recondition of kitchen cabinets, replacing kitchen counter, plumbing, major appliance installation. SOme other details around the house. MR. Romero is not only a terrific professional contractor, but most importantly, he is an honorable man. I live overseas and after a major problem with mold in my house, I had to leave all repairs to Mr. Romero,; he not only communicated with me daily to thoroughly inform me of the progress, but he "fought" some battles for me in my absence. There are not enough words to thank him for his professionalism and for going "beyond the call of duty". MR. Romero cares for his reputation and for his clients and this truly reflects on the results of his work. Excellent. His cost as very comparable to other contractors and roofers. About the roof change, he not only did a very professional job in my house but on other occasions, he has also work with my neighbors' roofs with the same positive results. In my case, after the initial payment from my insurance company, Mr. Romero communicated (with my authorization) with them and was able to get a fair compensation from them, beyond what they had originally offer to pay, and this extra from the insurance DID NOT alter Mr. Romero's initial budget.

Great roofing company. Delt with some crazy ones in the past. This is one you can rely on. The cost of the roof was a Great price!!! Mr Romero and his workers did an excellent job. He even showed me and fixed an area where the previous roofers damaged an area and just covered It up.. It was done right and finished before the estimated time. I recommend this company.
