Had to replace my roof, Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job. They showed up early in the morning, replaced the roof and were gone before I got home from work that evening. Other than a new roof on the house you couldn’t even tell they had been there. No mess, no leaks, no hassle and it looks great, fantastic job!

I would recommend Shepard for roofing or any construction projects to all of my friends and family! They are the best in customer service - I spoke with the owner Jeremy and Jeff Lewis in the sales department many times, they were always available and willing to answer any questions. They will work with you on pricing to stay in your budget if needed (explain pricing for all items required so there is no surprise) and assist in all aspects of the job - free inspection, free estimates, meet the insurance inspector, walk you through all pricing and how to pick the right material. They will even assist with color choices - there are so many that I could not decide but went with a lighter color to match my house and to keep house cooler in the summer on the advice of the owner and I couldn't be happier! I had a big job as my roof was very old so they even patched weak spots in the roof and replaced old pipes and even painted them to match my new shingles - awesome my house looks brand new now! They completed all work in one day and the clean up was fantastic - I would not have known they were even there if I had not seen them working with my own eyes. They also went around the house many times to make sure there were no nails anywhere in the yard, street, or area. One of my friends had a tree fall on her house - she called and they went out the same day. She was so happy as well with the quality of work and customer service. I can not say enough about the great work they are doing at Shepard!

Selling our second home in Richmond while living in South Texas. Needed a trustworthy Contractor to turn the keys over to prepare the home for sale. Chose Shepard Construction due to past work (total remodel and roof). Home prepped in time and on budget. After first two showings had two offers. Potential buyer had home inspection. Turned deficiencies over to Shepard Construction and they completed tasks in two days. Owner personally involved in all aspects of job. Trustworthy, efficient, polite & budget conscious. I could not be more happy with my new roof. I personally dealt with the salesman Jeff Lewis and the owner Jeremy Shepard. They scheduled everything for me. I got a call from Jeff Lewis the the following day to ask me how everything went. The great thing about it is , They did not ask me for one red cent until after the job was completed . I was also very impressed with the cleanup after the job was completed. Shepard Construction did a great job with absolutely no issues. AAA +++

Literally had to rebuild our house after Harvey. Went over and above. I still walk into my house and can't believe the job they did. Absolutely love this company and highly recommend!
