We had noticed a small leak in our laundry room, but we couldn't tell where it was leaking from. We found Chase's company and gave him a call. He came to look and found the leak right away. It was a nail hole, but it had leaked long enough to make the wood rot. He replaced the wood and fixed the leak for much less than we expected! We had been hit by a storm, and other roofing companies said we needed a whole new roof. Our insurance company disagreed, so we looked for someone to fix it. Chase is very polite and fair!
