Considering that we are entering hail season, I wanted to offer a recommendation on the company that replaced my roof as well as other significant structural damage from last years storms. My insurance company was difficult to deal with to say the least and the folks at Aliter took it upon themselves to take on that burden, and when necessary, helped me file a complaint with the State insurance board. My rep was Gordie Macdonald and he was just the best. When issues did arise (and they always do), Gordie was right on top of it. Eventually everything was completed and they did a top notch job.

Royal was good but the others will try to fill up their own pockets. When conflict arises, the customer will be blamed first. I am worrying if they will honor 5 years warranty or not.
