Buyer beware. As a GC in Colorado I hired We are Construction to do roofing and repairs. They promised they had General Liability and Workers Comp. I trusted them. I was audited for Workers Comp for the work they did for me in 2017. They do NOT carry workers compensation or worse, just refuse to share it. I will now have to file a law suit against them for the fine of having a subcontractor that ether doesn't carry it or refuses to provide it. If they are working on your property, be sure you get their documentation and call the insurance company(not the agent) and see if it is real. Someone gets hurt you will be liable. To bad they seem so nice, they are not truthful and their work is sub standard. Oh and they were hired to correct others issues and did NOT correct them and will not provide workers compensation as their workers are not insured. They managed a large roofing job and waited until 13 roofs were on incorrectly to inform me. I fired them both and had to re-do all thirteen roofs after paying them to supervise. Very bad company.

Great work, have gone with them for multiple roof repairs and they have done a great job each time. Highly recommend them.
