Have used this company for years and have always been pleased with decent pricing and quickness of response time. Have not had any negative issues with their work. Jose is fantastic!

Roof repair and leak experts should be called caulk specialists, because they caulk everything and we still have the same leak. They came out at least 5 times and never fixed our leak and said they guaranteed their work. Now they don't answer our phone calls nor emails. I would have given them zero stars if I could.

I strongly recommend NOT using the services of Roof Repair & Leak Experts of New Braunfels, TX. The work they did for me was sub-standard, over-priced, and, although they said it was guaranteed, so far they have not honored their guarantee. I paid them over $2000 for the original repair work and my roof still leaks. At this point I have made many phone calls to them to schedule and reschedule fixes, and I've taken off work to meet them at my house, multiple times, but they keep missing the appointments. I don't believe that they have any intention to live up to their guarantee.

This is the third time we have used Roof Repair and Leak Experts and we have been thoroughly pleased each time. Jeff is always prompt, pleasant and efficient. We make an appointment every year for a routine maintenance check and repair if needed. He has always given us great advice and his services are very reasonable. He earns our trust and highest rating in this category.

They did not show up on the day I scheduled. Then showed up the next morning. I don't know what they would have done had I not been here. Then he did 30 minutes of easy work and charged me $400. He tried to pretend that he did an hour and a half of labor because of drive time. I will not use them again, they are dishonest.
