Elite Roofers are great. Quick to respond. They show up on time and are very professional. Cody took time to explain the roof issues and took pictures to help with his explanations. They provided extra service to help us with other areas and provided additional recommendations. The team is conscientious and pay attention to the small things. Will definitely hire again and recommend.

Highly recommend Elite Roof Repair. They did an awesome job repairing our leaky roof in Folsom and the price was very reasonable. They took pictures at various stages and explained how they repaired the roof. We were very impressed with their hard work and friendly demeanor. We had no issues after this last storm and we will be using only Elite Roof Repair from now on. We will also be calling them in the near future to check on some dry rot issues. I wanted to share my experience with Elite Roof Repair. I had a vinyl application installed last August, 2017. Initially I was pleased with the service as they came out quickly and gave a fair estimate. When it came time to getting the work done it took a bit to get the ball rolling. I inquired about having a second downspout on a 28 foot run and they reassured me that a single downspout would be suffice. After they had completed the application I got on the roof to have a peek and found many spots that they had failed to caulk. I called them back out and they managed to correct the mistake. This being said the application was messy and they caulked my sunroof shut, which wasn't too difficult to remedy. After the first rain, I found that indeed a single downspout was not enough to drain properly and the end of the gutter without the downspout was filling. Shortly thereafter the seam began to leak and pour down my siding. I called and never got a response. I put some gutter sealer on and have lived with the slow drainage and single downspout problem. I went on the roof to clean the gutters this past weekend and found that all the caulking that was applied has peeled up and water has gotten under the vinyl roofing. The caulking did not adhere to the roof and since they did not heat weld it in these locations, I can only imagine the amount of water that has seeped under the roof. I spent a good many hours peeling off the existing caulking and used a premium silicone. While doing so, I discovered that their cutting of the flashing was sloppy and has small slivers of metal protruding in many locations. They failed to cover many of the sheet metal screws, and their flashing has large variances in the distance from the skylight which attributes to risk of continued leakages. I have since left messages and have received no return phone call. It appears the 5 year warranty is worthless and I am uncertain I would trust them to return and remedy the current issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship on the most important component of any structure... the roof. I am happy to share more of my story with anyone who is curious.

Elite Roof repair did a great job repairing my roof that for some reason no other company was able to do! I hired 2 other roofers to fix my tile roof leak and both failed, even though i paid 2 roofers i figured i better call the experts at Elite Roof Repair. Scott was very quick to respond via text and cody was here within an hour, Cody took pictures of the other guys failed attempts and told me they not only used the wrong material but they weren't even working in the correct spot. Elite was a bit more money but I'm happy to say my roof is no longer leaking thanks to Cody amd Elite Roof Repair.
