In response to what Blue Nail wrote below. I want to clarify and let you know that your staff is not aware of your "policy". I called Blue Nail office this Tuesday morning, June, 26th at 8:05am. I spoke with Molly. I explained that the repair work they had done some 2 months earlier had made a water leak problem worse and I had more water damage on the interior sheetrock of my home than before repair work was done. I asked what could be done and she placed me on an extended hold. (I do not expect them to fix interior damage - the original builder of our 1yr old home owns his own sheetrock company. I need them to help me fix the roof so it won't leak.) When Molly returned she let me know that roof repair work is not warrantied but they would try to work something out since it was only 2 months ago that work was done. I stopped her. Confirmed what I just heard by repeating it back to her. She confirmed again and said it was to costly to warranty repair work (if they kept having to fix or solve problem - my words). I let her know that I was disappointed to hear that and would take the opportunity to find another roofer that could help me and never use Blue Nail again. I then hung up the phone. Future customers need to make sure they understand what is under warranty and what is not. I have learned my lesson. If they had told me this upfront we would not have trusted them with the work. I am a homeowner who needs a reliable roofer to help me take care of my house. Blue Nail cannot offer this. I will find another local roofer in the Mesquite/Sunnyvale TX area to help. ******************* First posted review 6/26/19 8:30am Won't warranty roof repair work. Just had a $1300 repair done on my roof 2 months ago by Blue Nail. Kyle quoted the work, I gave him a check, and then one day two weeks later a white van shows up. No one called me, never knocked on door to let me know they were there to do work. I cannot see repair from ground level because of location. No one came out afterwards to check work or take pictures and let me see what they had done. They actually managed to make the water leak worse. I have twice as much water damage in my home now. I will never use Blue Nail again and would not recommend them to anyone. Life lesson learned - never use a company that won't warranty work.

Over the years, living in Texas, I have had a number of roof repairs and complete roofs replaced, I must say replacing my roof from a terrible hail storm with Eric Thomason and his crew made this the easiest job I have ever done. Eric videoed everything, which was important, because the insurance adjuster missed a lot of damage. So Blue Nail is not just a roofer, they will get the job done, acting as your general contractor, in some cases. I had windows broke, pool equipment damaged, and gutters that had to be replaced, and I didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of everything. Can't say enough food things about Eric and Blue Nail Roofing!

Without hesitation I would recommend Blue Nail! The team was there on time and clean up before they left. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Great Customer Service from beginning to end! Ask for Melissa Caldwell extremely knowledgeable and very professional.

Excellent job. I would not hesitate to use Blue Nail again. Very hard workers and the heat was terrific. Started at 8:00 am and finished up around 5:pm. Picked up everything and left it clean. They have called twice to make sure everything is fine. Good honest business folks, clean workers.
