A storm Sunday, June 16, 2019 damaged our roof in several places and broke off part of a tree in the backyard. Texas Direct was contacted and Matt Andrews arrived quickly to survey the damage even though there was widespread damage across North Fort Worth surrounding our neighborhood. He took pictures of the tree, accessed the roof to take pictures and document the damage. His crew arrived the next morning at exactly 1100 a.m. as promised. They immediately went to work, quickly completed the task with zero disruption. No excessive stomping, hammering, etc. Efficient and professional workmanship. It should be noted that Matt arrived promptly after the storm, on Fathers Day, having just left his mother-in-law's home that had a neighbor's treetop down on it. Matt stated he determined there was no damaged and got to the business of helping those with houses where the damage from rain was a risk. He displayed outstanding customer interaction skills throughout the entire process. Our expectations of service and quality of work were high and Texas Direct Roofing & Construction easily surpassed those expectation.

Dealing with Tim was stress free. As the project manager, he made sure all work was done professionally and on time. We requested some additional work and it was taken on with ease. He met with our insurance adjuster, traveled after hours to assist us even on weekends. Jerrimy worked with our insurance company to insure we had everything taken care of. We had new roof, gate and gutters along with siding repair that needed to be done. Even with all of the rain we have experienced, the work was done as promised. We are very pleased and will be calling again for any work needed in the future.
