After an overnight rainstorm, I woke to find a leak in my ceiling. I called FSR Services first thing and a representative was at my home by noon. He agreed my entire roof did not need to be replace but a section did need some shingle replacement and additional underlay. He was able to caulk the problem area as we were expecting further rain, and set a date of 3 business days for a crew to return for the permanent repair. The price was fair, the work done as stated within the time frame quoted, and I couldn't be happier with the results. When it comes time to replace the entire roof, I will definitely be calling FSR.

Started with a new home insurance company. They gave us a short window of repairs that needed to be made. Gerald looked at the list and got everything done on it and gave all the proofs of repairs they asked for as well. Very affordable and very efficient. Highly recommend them!

FSR replaced my room, repaired some of the fascia boards, and replaced drywall in my garage from a leak. I highly recommend them. Very professional. I received fast and honest responses to all of my questions. My estimate laid out exactly how much I would owe. I was given options - traditional shingles that my insurance covered vs upgraded looks (I took the upgrade because it was a great deal). And they communicated with my insurance so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. Before I chose FSR, I was dealing with a different roofer that made me second guess getting my roof done. They kept asking me for the down payment but I couldn’t talk to the sales team about my fascia boards that I wanted replaced. They wanted to do the bare minimum of what my insurance would cover even though I was the customer—not my insurance! It was such a relief to find a company would wanted to earn my business.
