Roof installed in 2015 and started leaking in three spots in 2016 - around a rooftop vent pipe and through the roof exiting through the soffits in two different locations. Charlie came out to look at the leaking soffit area and, instead of fixing the source of the leak on the roof, he simply added more compound where the leak was exiting through the soffit. Shockingly poor communication skills when replying via email and over the phone. Email transcript below: Me (a week after not receiving a response to my previous email): “Hi Charlie, Did you receive my previous email regarding the issue I’m still experiencing with water leaking from my soffits?” Charlie: “ok” Me: “Charlie, Thanks for the response. Does that mean you're going to come out and repair the leak? If so, when should I expect you?” Still waiting on a response from that last email I sent September 4th (it’s October 11th at the time of this review). Keep up the good work Charlie.

Charlie's Roofing did a great job. They were able to complete the job in one day!! I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!! My new roof looks great !!

Installed a portion of our roof incorrectly and after calling and emailing, still have not heard a response. We have a 25 year warranty. They are BBB accredited, but have reviews stating the same issues. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

After Harvey, many roofers came thru the neighborhood looking for work.I accepted several bids from different people.Finally i spoke to a friend who suggested Charlies Roofing Company.I met charlie at my house and received a bid that was 1/2 the cost of other roofers.The same materials that other roofers offered with the same warranty and windstorm certified by galveston county inspector. No money up front.Pay when job is complete and inspected by the county.Why pay more to others.Charlie is the best.Remember Charlie is not a contractor, he is a roofer, and only a roofer..

Would definitely recommend this company!! They did an absolutely amazing job on replacing our roof!!! Finished it I one day!!
