I think it would have been a nightmare without his help. His team doing the roof replacement were thorough and polite. If there was an issue it was quickly addressed and resolved. Chuck came out, inspected our roof and was able to work with the USAA adjustor to get us a new roof. The damage was substantial and Chuck was able to articulate the issues to this second adjustor. Chuck's guys came out and finished our roof in one day (working into the night!). The guys were very courteous, considerate and they cleaned up the area completely - no sign of roof replacement except the gorgeous new roof!! I would use this company again and refer to anyone who needs a good, reliable contractor.
