Frazier Custom Homes is currently building our home, it is not going well. My wife and I have been disappointed the entire time. I cannot recommend this company at this time. Worst customer service and craftsmanship I have experienced.

Frazier Custom Homes went out of their way to treat us well throughout our entire remodel process. Even though we encountered many issues due to age of home, etc., they worked with us and made sure everything was taken care of. They were professional and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest people to work with! Thanks Mike, Aubrey, and company!

Nobody likes to leave a bad review, but sometimes it’s just necessary. If it was possible to rate zero stars, we would. If you want your job done right, I’d look elsewhere. If you do choose Frazier Construction and need warranty work...good luck with that. That’s where we’re at. Not only does Mike Frazier not return phone calls, he doesn’t show up when he says he will. We contacted him on 4/2/18 and it is now 6/5/18—there has been no repair made to our patio. Last summer we hired Frazier Construction to do some remodeling both inside and outside our home. One project was the installation of a travertine patio. He sent 2 young guys to do the work. They showed up with no tools, no materials. By their own admission neither had installed a patio before. One had done a flagstone walkway in crushed granite, the other was the supervisor’s cousin, a former bank manager who was between jobs. There was no prep (dig out), no leveling with slope for drainage, no base laid (sand), incorrect use and not enough of polymeric sand to set it (they cut off water bottles to use as a scoop and sprinkled it into the joints). So, it’s no wonder the patio didn’t last. I should also mention that he called and hounded these 2 guys several times a day for a week wondering WHY they weren’t finished. I even explained to Mike that these guys were sent with no materials and no tools. Finally, a crew was to be here yesterday to fix the patio. Nobody showed up. My husband called the office at 3pm. He got Jeff, who acted surprised and said the crew was supposed to be here. At 6:15 pm 2 young guys show up! They look at the patio and are dumbfounded. Mike had told them 30 minutes prior that he had a quick 20 minute job for them, “Pick up a few pavers and level it out”. Even if that’s all this job was, where were their materials and equipment? Flashback to the original installation. These young men said they had no idea how to install a patio and had no experience. Off they went to explain to Mike Frazier that a professional crew was needed to re-install the patio. My husband left a voicemail on Mike Frazier’s cell this morning. You guessed it...we haven’t heard a peep from him, Jeff, NOBODY. One last thing to note. When the last contractor left (after the original job), Mike waited 1 hour (about 11:30 am) before psycho calling, texting and emailing both me and my husband for final payment. One of the voicemails told us that if we could hurry up and pay before 3pm that it would post to his account that day. Otherwise it wouldn’t post until Monday. I texted him explaining that when we got home we would sit down with the final invoice to reconcile everything as not all jobs were completed. Finally, while we are at my gynecologist appt. I had HAD IT with his psycho calling/texting/emailing. Laying on the table, feet in stirrups, I text Mike and tell him exactly where I am. I also again tell him we will look at the invoice when we get home. He finally stopped. Needless to say, there were items on that invoice that needed to be credited off of the original contract. To sum up—Mike Frazier is HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. Unfortunately he’s not willing or able to perform professional work and has NO INTEREST in backing up his warranty. He has no integrity whatsoever. Hire at your own risk. (Edit 6/11 for clarification)
