We contacted Ace Renovations following a storm that destroyed our fence and damaged our roof; we saw their sign in our neighbors' yard and thought we'd give them a try. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful, and she said someone would be at our home to meet with our insurance adjuster when he came to look at the damage to our property. Despite our phone conversation, no one showed up to give us an estimate. We called Ace Renovations several times, but no one answered or returned our messages. We are so disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by Ace Renovations.
