We just had our roof redone couldn't asked for better service. These guys really know what they're doing. They had it done in a days time very professional cleaned up everything so nice aftwards.

Donnie is a great guy. He provided professional services of coming out to take a look at the roof and explain in detail the age and type of damage I had. He helped me with through the entire process when I was filing a claim and provided fair and competitive prices. He answered all and any questions I had - The whole thing was so painless -it was shocking. Donnie's team came out EARLY and removed the roof and put on a brand new one that made the house look outstanding in less that a FEW HOURS. Donnie also helped us with our gutters. AMAZING. Just amazing service and quality. One thing I feel I want to mention above all is Donnie's character. He always had time to take a call or answer any question I had during the whole process. There are not many businesses today where the owner themselves take so much pride in their work and make time for you - the customer. Next time I need a roof, I know who to call. Thanks Donnie!

There are not enough adjectives to describe the AMAZING service that our family received from Waters Roofing. We had our roof replaced after rain and hail damage. Donnie gave a fair and competitive price compared to our other estimates. Donnie was VERY patient with all of our questions and concerns. The team arrived EARLY on installation day and worked together like a tactical team. The roof of our home, shed and even the dog house had a new roof within six hours! The roof is symmetrical and installed with precision. The clean up was impeccable which is always a concern with children & pets. There was not a stray nail or piece of the old roof anywhere to be found. I would give Donnie and his crew five stars and will continue to recommend them to family and friends!

Donnie came and helped take on my insurance company to replace shake shingles when no other company would spend the time. He spent the time and expertise to get me through the entire process.
