i have little tolerance for sloppy work,and was very satisfied with their work(re-siding project),not only how it looks,but,more importantly in the protection of the structure(from moisture intrusion).Chad & John make a great team,& the project was completed in a timely manor(a work crew of 4-5 were there most days). would definitely recommend

We had a bad experience with Chad Church Construction on a master bath tile job. After a year of working on a resolution, the issue now has been fully resolved and Mr. Church has made full restitution.

My sister had some work done by this company and recommended him to us. We needed a complete remodel of a bathroom in a house we had just purchased. We had met with several contractors before deciding on Chad. He was very professional and came up with some wonderful solutions to address some issues we had to get the look we wanted. He and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. If we ever need any work in the future he will be our first call.

My first job with Chad was very professional. Needed our roof replaced in order to sell our home and needed it done quickly. Chad showed up, gave us a bid and finished the roof before expected and on budget. Roof looks fantastic! Chad has done several jobs for us and we have always been satisfied with his work. *I saw another review about Chad Church Construction not being insured, I can tell you for a fact that is false. I have seen his COI (certificate of insurance) He gave me a copy along with my contract. I can tell you from my experience as a property manager I wouldn't let a contractor without insurance do any work on my properties. * As far as licensing, the state of Texas does not have a license for General Contractors. So not sure how that is relevant.
