3/1/19 -Terrible customer service. I have called multiple times to try and schedule someone to look at my roof and the person in charge of scheduling is never there. I have left messages with the people who answer the phone and they just tell me they will have the individual call me when they get in it's had been 4 days now and no call back. If it wasn't cause I have to go through my HOA I would if already moved on. 3/6/19 - It has now been 12 Days since a ticket Order has been put into Antis to have my leaking roof checked. Still have not hear a call from Antis to schedule a date and time for them to come and inspect the roof leak. They decided to come out again unannounced on 3/2 when I wasn't home again. Wife was home alone at the time but didn't open the door cause she wasn't aware Antis was coming. We didn't know cause no one has called us yet. Would you want to open the door to a couple of guy hooded up like the pic shown? Neighbors across the way must a found a loop hole somewhere cause they seem to get Antis to inspect there place. Terrible, Terrible Service. Oh, and the roof is still leaking into my Attic. :(

Honestly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I usually don't leave reviews unless you were REALLY bad and I feel obligated to warn others. Long story short, worst communication. I called and explained where the leak was coming from, which my husband and neighbor found not the 3 different set of guys they sent out at various times. They told me they were sending men out and that they would also include a temporary repair for the spot I told them about. I leave work and drive home only to have the 2 guys that show up have no clue what I was talking about. I called the company while my neighbor who originally set up the work order to fix damage THEY CAUSED was yelling at their manager because they said they were not prepared for his repairs either. Basically these guys showed up completely unprepared with no clue what we were talking about. Then they said they would schedule the temporary repairs for us so we could finally get our wall (which had growing mold in it from the leak) fixed. That never happened! After 2 months of waiting for someone to fix our repairs we finally ended our lease early and moved. We had been living with mold for at least 2 months with no signs of it getting repaired. This was not our landlord's fault, this was due to the HOA and Antis roofing company. I could go on but the gist of it is they have the worst communication of any company I have dealt with. I would look elsewhere if you want your repairs completed in a timely manner. EDITED 4/22/2019 A rep from Antis called me to go over everything even after I told them I no longer lived in the residence. They still wanted to resolve the situation which I was very appreciative of. They then sent me a $20 gift card and a giving card for them to donate to my favorite charity. As someone with 20+ years of customer service experience I really appreciated that they reached out and even sent a gift card, never asking me to edit or take down my review. I will not take it down because it's the truth but to me what sets companies apart is how they handle situations like this one.

Had a hole in the roof. Antis came out and give me a great quote. Found another quote that was lower but didn't trust the other "single contractor". Antis came out and fixed up within a week. Very happy.

I asked for service during a rainy day. It was busy for Antis. I was prepared to wait as my leak wasn't that serious. I was told that a charge of $1,000 would be applied!!!! This is price gouging and Highway robbery at its finest. Then the owner responded to my request via Linkedin and said that their charge was indeed correct but that $500 would be applied to any work done. So, if you want to get taken for a ride.....these are your guys!!

We had a roof leak during a rain storm a few months ago. A friend recommended Antis and they came out right away (while it was still raining!) and put a tarp over the leak. After the rain, they scheduled a time to come out and repair the roof. They took pictures and explained everything and did a very nice job. Everything was just as they promised - scheduled repairs, clean-up, workmanship. I wish more companies were reliable and trustworthy like Antis Roofing.
