Do not close out their jobs. They were great up front. Roof was replaced quickly. Small repairs took 6 months. Now it's been over a year since roof was replaced and they still have not closed out the job and settled up with insurance. Communication has been non existent. I have to constantly remind them

T Rock immediately scheduled a same day estimate. Doyle was very prompt and surveyed the roof thoroughly. He noted the sway was common among older homes, and he did not see anything structurally significant to repair. While on the roof, he caulked a couple of areas and nailed down a loose shingle (free of charge!), but said we were all set. We very much appreciated his honesty in his assessment. T Rock will be our first phone call in the future for any and all repairs and replacement. Great experience!

Alan Gull came by and looked at my roof. I had hail damage, and I was not aware! So Alan gave me an estimate. I was very pleased! We scheduled work and the crews were very knowledgeable and professional. They were so methodical in their work. Roof, gutters, painting, etc. was GREAT! Alan responded quickly to my questions, explained the procedures and was purely a professional throughout the process! I would HIGHLY recommend Alan to work with you! He is the BEST!

Mark is a great guy!! While his crew was re-roofing a house next door, I was moving into my home. He came by to introduce himself and give me a business card. I mentioned that my inspection had noted a few missing shingles on my roof. He had his crew come over and replace those shingles free of charge!! So impressive!!! He has my business for life! Also, I did observe the crew at the house next door working efficiently and neatly. They didn’t leave a mess or play loud music while they worked!
