Sam and his team were a dream to work with. My wife and I wanted a pergola and gutters for our pool area. We also wanted the roof of the pergola to be transparent bifacial solar panels. Sam designed and built a beautiful pergola custom fit to our vision. We couldn't be happier!!!

What a great experience we had with Custom Solutions Construction! I met with Sam to discuss our ideas for a patio we wanted to build and was instantly impressed. Not only is he knowledgeable about the work but he is super friendly and recommended some great ideas for the project. I had him come over one more time to meet with my fiance so she could talk to him and ask any questions and we cut him a check that day to start the work. Our project was to pour an extended concrete pad to make a larger patio, build a 16'x12' pergola and pour some epoxy coating to look like stone. Sam's prices were very fair so we added the pergola even though it wasn't part of our original plan/budget. They had poured the concrete for the patio within the first week! Everyone that came out to work on our patio was friendly and did amazing work. One lesson we learned from this project was to be very clear with expectations. We had caused some confusion with Sam because we weren't clearly communicating our concerns and he handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. There was a hiccup with the epoxy application (due to bad weather conditions for the install) and it was totally redone in less than a week and it looked even better than the first attempt! I can't recommend hiring Custom Solutions Construction enough! I have already recommended them to all of my friends, family and coworkers. We loved our experience with Sam and we will be inviting him and his family over for the first cookout on our new patio!

I have used these guys twice now, once on each of my last two houses. I opted for the biggest sized gutter to hold up to the heaviest of Texas flooding rains. I have been very happy with the product and the customer service.

We weren't expecting much and scheduled them along with several other quotes to find the best price. The quoted price was similar between the companies we talked with. The difference was in the service and overall quality of the product between companies. Custom Solutions are a full service construction company and are able to do more than most of the rain gutter installation companies. For example, we were told by several companies that we would have to figure out how to move a cable line that was attached right at the level that the rain gutters would be installed. During our exceptionally thorough review and quote with Custom Solutions, we were told that they would take care of moving the cable at no additional charge--"don't worry about that. We'll take care of it." Which is exactly what we wanted to hear while wrestling with several other projects around the home. The look of the rain gutters is exceptional. I was away when they were installed but my wife raved about how great they looked and upon arriving, I had to agree. Neighbors on both sides have rain gutters that look fine. They're rain gutters after all, kind of an evil necessity. Ours on the other hand, actually add to the aesthetics of our home--they look like crown molding.
