Complete scammer. Replaced my roof TWICE and I still had to pay out of pocket to have it done again. Took my 1st insurance check and never finished or paid last subcontractors. Lots of drama and threatened to put a lean on my home when I fired them. Last crew Corey sent to my house was someone he found on Craigslist, and they had never roofed a house.it took them three weeks! Avoid.

The damaged roof of our home was satisfactorily replaced by Trustmark Roofing. This company has potential but I rate it a 2 star rating for the following reasons: 1. Communication with customer is limited. 2. Representatives lack professionalism. 3. Customers who question advertised policies are neglected. Training to improve personnel demeanor with sensitivity to customer issues would better serve this company. For now, future referrals shall be placed with a company that has better business practices and policies that are implemented as they advertised.
