Marlin Construction did a TPO roof replacement on my 1963 Mid Century flat roof office. John, the owner is very nice and easy to work with. The crew foreman was considerate and took time to address my concerns. The project was completed exactly on time and budget with a 20 year NDL warranty. We converted the roof from modified bit to TPO and added 1.5 inches of ISO insulation, my electric bill has dropped by about 25% and the building is much more comfortable overall. I am very happy with my experience and I have already referred Marlin Construction to friends.
