This was the third time I've had a roof replaced and the first time I didn't have to pick up nails and little pieces of shingles off the sidewalks, out of flowerbeds, etc. From initial contact through completion, management was professional and efficient. Called and the lady answered the phone all huffy "Hello?!" I said "I'm trying to call the contracting company?" She days "call back tomorrow we are closed..." Ok why answer the phone? Why be rude? Why not schedule an appointment? If this is how they treat potential clients I don't want to see what they do once they get your business. Their loss. Huge job just went to competition.
