He gave me a very detailed report to send to the sellers and spent the time to walk me through the process. Couldn’t ask for better service! Andrew has a new customer for life!

I noticed a water leak in the ceiling in one of my garages. Nick came out on a Sunday morning to troubleshoot where the water was coming from. After inspecting the roof and doing some minor work he gave me a game plan on how to determine where the leak was and what we needed to do to fix the issue. He did all this FREE of charge. I offered to pay for his time but he refused. I'm a small business owner myself and Honesty and Integrity go along way with me and unfortunately get overlooked by many.
