Not one to typically write reviews, but this place illegally towed my car from my apartment complex. I had a parking sticker and they said that they “tow at their own pleasure” haven’t offered me any compensation for my time and wages for missing work. Owner is a fool, released my car for free and said that was the compensation even though it shouldn’t have been taken in the first place. Idiots of San Marcos, do not use this service.

Careful these guys hide in parking lots watching you when you leave a store to visit other stores they will tow your car.

Horrible people. Rude and unprofessional. Had to deal with them twice, years apart, and both encounters made me think the worst people in the world must go into this profession. Don’t use them if you have a choice.
