Was the only roofer available the same day. Gave a fair price to fix leak due to chimney flashing that was installed poorly by other roofer. Provided a 3 year warranty on the repair. Provided before and after pictures of work. Very helpful and friendly overall. Highly recommend.

I got roof leaking around gas vent and it goes really bad since the rain’s so heavy, worried about roof coming down. The team calmed me down with continuously texting and callings and we kept updating with everything on the repair. Finally, with a rain gap, they rapidly did the job and explained in details how they did it and how they would guarantee it, on the same day, in a express way. As I could tell within last few years in construction, the roofing is nothing room much, Frankie’s team is making the right way, not like other roofers who asking for too much. As I have other investment properties, I would do my other ones with them. Recommended!

I called Industrial Roofing and Repair after my roof sprung a leak. I was kinda expecting maybe a two-day delay but they were there the very next day! The leak was causing havoc to the electrical systems (which I fixed separately) but just wanted to say thank you. Good job guys!
