The house I am renting recently flooded. Jeff and his crew came for an estimate and found more then we all bargained for. Upon removing the damaged wall they found black mold growing. They immediately secured the contaminated area and started the process of killing and cleaning all the black mold that was growing in my walls. We were given the up most respect they told us upfront all the steps that needed to be completed and in what time frame they could complete it. While they are still currently working on my home to fully restore it at the moment they have taken great care to inform us where they are at with the process to ensure we know what to expect. They have been very respectful to the impact this has on my family and has taken great care to ensure that my families health is in no way impacted by this situation. If there were more than 5 stars I could give I would. Not only is this company very family oriented they take great pride in treating my family like they would if it were their own family. I will be recommending this company to all my family and friends. If you want a job done right the first time this company is the team to call.

Our basement flooded and Flood AD responded immediately. They were so knowledgeable and professional!

I needed to have a small roof repair done. Flood Ad came out and gave me an estimate and scheduled the work in a timely manor and the work was done adequately. The problem I had was that they told me they would be there first thing Monday morning by 10:00 no one had shown up. I called and they said they would be there at noon. Noon came and went and still no one. Called at 2 and they said he would be there that day. 5:30 still no one, I called and left a message got called back at 7:30 he said they had some problems but they could be out first thing Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning they did show up. I had taken Monday morning off work and ended up taking the rest of the day waiting for them to show up. This was very inconvenient. I was not offered any compensation for my time that they wasted. I feel that since my job was small that my business was not important to them. I will not be using them again.
