The owner, Alan, was pleasant to do business with, and the roofer that made the repair, 'Butch' was very amiable as well! The work and craftsmanship met my high standards. The only issue I had was the cost of the repair. I thought it was a bit high for the amount of work that needed to be done. All and all a good experience

He was able to give me a rough ballpark estimate over the phone, and got me set up with Butch, one of his guys in Newport News. Working with Butch was great. He was professional and informative.
