I needed to replace my roof and was dreading the process. I called Pyramid Roofing to give me an estimate for replacing my roof. Donnie made an appointment with me, came out, answered all of my questions satisfactorily and gave me some information of which I was unaware that was of great benefit to me. Donnie is knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The estimate was right in line with my own research and I contracted with Pyramid to replace my roof. So far so good! On the Friday before the Monday start date, Lloyd Johnson showed up at my home, introduced himself and gave me a rundown on what his guys would do, when, how long it would take and gave me expectations as about all parts of the job. I very much appreciated this early visit. He put me at ease. On the appointed day, Lloyd and his crew arrived promptly at 7.a.m., exactly as Lloyd said they would and started work. The job took more than two days. Lloyd’s crew worked almost continuously for 12 hours each day, only stopping to eat lunch. These guys are really good at what they do. Excellent, in fact. Lloyd was here most of the time and oversaw the job. I easily determined that Lloyd was “picky,” exactly the kind of attitude I look for in having work done with me. Lloyd insisted that the work was done right and no corners were cut. In my observations, the crew’s work was excellent in every way. Lloyd assured me that after they completed the work my home, flower beds and yard will appear as though they were never here. And...he was right. Everything was cleaned up, every little piece of paper, nail, shingle, piece of debris was cleaned up. I am impressed. My experience with Pyramid Roofing, Donnie, Lloyd and “the guys,” was one of professionalism, excellence, efficiency and total satisfaction. I can highly recommend them as they exceeded my expectations. To me replacing a roof is a big deal and I had quite a bit of trepidation about it. But, as I said, Lloyd and his crew, as well as Donnie and the people behind the scenes, made all of this as painless and efficient as can be. Thank you so much!

Extremely professional, knowledgeable and customer friendly! Crew arrived on time, early in fact, and were very efficient. Their inspector came to make sure everything was going well and answered all our questions, and even initiated repairs to shoddy work from when the roof was installed when the house was built. Pyramid didn't have a lot of room to work to get the old roof off my house, but they carefully did so. They arrived by 8:30 am and worked until dark to get everything done. One dormer was completed a couple days later. They cleaned up everything, including stray nails (although they did miss a few of those and had to come back to do another sweep). The roof looks great.

Came out gave. Fair price and got the job. Done and cleaned up well
