Had a roof put on 4 months ago. Now someone shows up from Pyramid 4 months later and says he has to fix the reveal on the roof. When the roof was put on they tore off the drip edge and wanted me to pay $250 to split the cost to repair it. Also they left a piece of flashing against the window that should have been removed . Its as if they needed me to supervise them on every last detail. They did a quick job but that's all

I worked with Donnie and Christy to get my roof replaced recently. They were both super helpful despite me not really knowing anything about roofs or insurance claims (roof needed to be replaced after a few instances of severe wind damage, went through my home owners insurance). They walked me through the whole process. Even though my insurance took literally months to get back to me and approve the replacement, Pyramid was on it as soon as I let them know, ready to schedule the job. My entire roof was torn down and replaced in one day, and they did an amazing job. Also I had had three other quotes done before Pyramid, and they had the most reasonable prices around.
