Due to a range of issues, we were running out of time to fix the necessary repairs on our house in order to close on it (some of those repairs involved the roof). With less than a week left until our closing date, I had called so many roofing companies that couldn't squeeze us into their schedule and it looked like our closing date would be delayed. I called Brothers Roofing, expecting the same response. Instead, I spoke to Eddie, who said he could come give us an estimate that evening and begin work the day after next. Eddie was very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. He explained, in depth, how he would fix the required repairs and answered all questions that we had about the work. Additionally, he gave us a very fair price and his turnaround time was GREAT! After the work was completed, our buyer's real estate agent (who was VERY difficult to work with as she thought she was a certified contractor), called me the day before closing and told us that the roof was incorrectly repaired. She threatened to delay the closing and to get her own contractor to make the repairs, at our expense. I called Eddie to tell him what she had said. He said he would settle this for me and agreed to go back to the house and meet the agent himself to personally discuss her concerns and explain exactly how he fixed the repairs on the roof. Whatever he said must have quelled her because we closed, on time, the next day! Eddie saved our closing date and I highly recommend him for his above-and-beyond level of professionalism and extra steps he took to ensure the real estate agent was satisfied with the work performed on our roof.
