I truly regret hiring this company and would definitely not recommend them to anyone. One of the crews that was working on our house failed to cover an unfinished portion of our carport roof which led to the ceiling crashing down on my wife's car after a torrential downpour. Left our property with over 6,000 dollars in damage and the owner claims it is not their responsibility. Also tried to add things to the final contract that were not discussed or included in the original estimate. Painful experience from start to finish. Be warned!

Cowan Construction recently installed a metal roof on my 190 year old home. He and his crew did an amazing job, and came in well under their initial quote . Cowan also uses top nothing subcontractors for specific tasks like paint and gutters - his subs are excellent too, and do great work for a great price . You can't go wrong by hiring Cowan Construction for your next project!
