Reagan came out and walked the entire property with my husband and found every board that needed to be replaced. After that, he sent his crew out to start the work. The crew was wonderful. . . They were here on time every day, worked diligently, made sure the job site was cleaned before they left every day, and paid attention to detail and did beautiful work. Our experience with Jacob's Ladder was very positive from the first contact through project closure. Our job included siding, windows, trim, doors and gutters, and we are thrilled with the transformation. We chose to shift our classic cape cod towards a craftsman style, and Justin, our Project Manager, helped us work out the specific design details that would be best for our home. Every interaction was professional, friendly and timely. We were very pleased with the installation crew, and would gladly use them again in the future.

I can hardily recommend this company. I called them as they were located close to me. I explained what I wanted done and when I wanted it done by. Regan said he would try to meet my needs and when we were done talking he said he would have a team there the following Tuesday (4 days) to start work. Upon arrival the two workers politely introduced themselves and reviewed the work that would be done. When Regan arrived on site he went over the project plan with the workers and they started. Sadly for me they found issues I had not seen previously, good for me, they were able to add it in to the project's time. They replaced and painted 15 plus boards of composite siding, 2 gable vents, installed a garage entry door and a few other issues and were still 25,000.00 less than siding my house and it looks as good as it when new. I have their numbe on speed dial in case anything else needs to be fixed.
