Our experience was mixed, at best. Materials (siding, windows) were nice, good quality. However, the overall customer service and communication left a lot to be desired! We had one single window sash that was installed differently then all of our other windows. It took many many phone calls and following up, and two months, to get it replaced. We had our siding and windows replaced this past late spring 2018. I have recently discovered that the siding crew had covered up our bathroom exhaust fan vent in our new soffit. I called a spoke with the senior manager/estimator and told him what happened. He gave me the number of the crew chief that installed our siding. Well, it’s been four weeks now since I called both of them! Guess what? It’s still not fixed. Regal is quick to get your money from you, but the service flat out sucks! We would have rather used another company for this, to be quite honest. Be careful!

I had them install Rhino Gutter Guards and they did a terrible job and still not fixed to standard. I contacted the Manager, texted him the pictures, and still about two weeks later NOTHING! He came out to my residence and verified the poor work that was not done, I then called him to discuss the issues and he didn't even have the contract he wrote in front of him and had no clue what the job consisted of. His last statement was "I will do whatever it takes and will get everything done to your satisfaction", and have not heard from him in 5 days. Not even his admin office returned my calls. Look at the pictures especially the screws left on my deck that my dogs were playing with :-| I should have thought something was up when I had to sign three documents just a simple installation. Every contractor I use it's only one. When I asked about the three documents, it was a CYA in case it goes to court. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! I tried to upload more pictures as well as video of the leaking gutters but it will not take. Buyers Beware!

Called on Monday morning to request a salesman come out & give me an estimate for new roof, siding & windows. I was told someone would call later to set up an appointment. No call came. I called again Tuesday morning and told them I had never received a call. They said again that someone would call me back to set up an appointment. Again, no call. If it takes more than 2 days to get a call back for an appointment I don't even want to know how long they drag out the actual job. At this point I feel like I dodged a bullet. I'm done with Regal. I was prepared to pay cash for the work but that cash will go to one of their competitors.

High quality materials and workmanship. Personnel were professional and efficient. They came on time each day. As the work progressed, they readily answered all my questions. Any problem, big or small, was addressed and resolved to my complete satisfaction promptly. Regal furnished and installed new vinyl siding, gutter and downspouts, windows, shutters and entry doors for me. I highly recommend Regal to anyone seeking home improvements of any kind.

Regal did an excellent job with repairs, siding and windows. The crew was professional, courteous, prompt, and thorough. At the end of each day, they would literally crawl around picking up scraps of debris. If I expressed concern over any detail, they would meet with me to discuss it and alter work along the way. Totally satisfied with the entire job!
