We had gutter shutter installed and much of the trim wrapped on the house. They did a great job and Chris was wonderful about adding on some wrapping that I didn’t realize wasn’t part of what we were getting (vocabulary misunderstand on my part!) without missing a beat while the crew was still at our home! We will definitely look to them for future projects!

This is our second go round with them since the first time was SO freaking awesome! BNW came out in 2016 and installed a patio door and three piece windows...custom sizing. Amazing job, we love the Marvin Infinity line and it was WELL worth the price. Service was great, team cleaned up after themselves. We're now getting ready to do the gutter shutter AND a roof with them, and they are working within our timeline and allowing us to pay down little by little (like layaway) before the work starts (which means we don't have to finance and can pay up-front, in increments since we chose not to finance). Looked around, did all the comparison shopping, and came back to them...for the overall value and warranties. They aren't the cheapest, but for the value and quality product, and the warranties you get...WELL worth the price. You have to consider, this is your HOUSE, not a lemonade stand, and consider the resale value for the products they sell (GAF shingles, Marvin windows). Look around at others, and then decide and we'd be suprised if you didn't come back to these folks. Honest, reputable, quality products. We had a million questions, and encountered nothing but patience and knowledgeable answers from all staff. We're repeat customers and would recommend them...hands down.

BNW Builders installed new metal railings for our existing wrap porch. Our home is a Victorian style home and wrapping existing posts and trim was not a simple task. The railings are beautiful and the handrails have never been more secure. After too-many repairs of our original wooden rails, I now wish we had called them sooner. We got several estimates, and BNW offered the best value for the money.

Company allows their employees to drive through an Ashland neighborhood at 8:38 at night in a Ford explorer with BNW lettering plastered over the side of the vehicle blasting music with both front windows down. Completely despicable!!!

BNW did an outstanding high quality job for us: A new deck on the back of our home. Their team worked with us on both the design & the details; and made the drawings. These drawings showed exactly how it was to fit & what it was to look like on our home prior to construction. Our neighborhood has an architectural review committee; no questions asked with these documents being approved immediately. The building permit process, Miss Utility (for possible obstructions), and the county inspections were all handled without a hitch. After waiting for the weather to break, the project began. Non stop. For job neatness, there was a dumpster & port a john onsite. (no trash around overnight at all!) Built to weather any storm, square & true, the highest quality material; however we were very pleased with the intensity of the crew. Nobody but the best in every trade was on this project: no matter - site prep, footers, brick piers, the highest quality Wolf PVC decking, black powder coated railings, illumined stair risers - the works! Every team member was aware of the importance of their job. They produced a deck, a clean, neat job, with minimum interruption, which was produced onsite, completed according to plan & our complete satisfaction. Thanks, BNW.
