Time is precious and this company has totally wasted mine. I waited 30 min after my schedule appointment to have to call them to find out if they were on their way. A 1 1/2 hour later they still did not show up. I at least thought they would call to explain or apologize for not showing up and I received nothing. It hard to find a good roofing company so you at least should not look into using them. It's obvious their word nor the customer is important.

We had Norfolk Roofing Company come and fix a leak in our slate roof. They where prompt and timely in getting here to look at it and weather permitting was here and worked tirelessly to get the leaks fixed. Dana and his crew got the job done during the cold and between the bouts of rain. We will be using them again if something comes up again or if we move elsewhere.

Very satisfied. We bought a fixer-upper, and the job Norfolk Roofing Company did could be the first job we’ve had that was done correctly, on time, and at a fair price. We had a long time leak repaired and the damage replaced. We will be loooking for Norfolk Roofing when we need the rest of the roof replaced. Highly recommend the company.

This would be a 2 for 1 review I guess. I watched Dana and his crew quickly remove and replace my neighbors roof which looks great. Before they finished, I asked them for a quote on replacing some broken tiles on my roof...an original tile roof in Larchmont. Not only was Dana fair with the price, he was professional and took care of the job quickly. I highly recommend them!
