Great experience!! I had my roof replaced a week ago and couldn't be happier with everything from the estimating stage to the finished product. Price was very competitive and Geoff Turner, my sales representative, was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions. The crew was in and out in one day as planned. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, on time and the quality of work was impressive. Geoff followed up the next day to ensure there were no issues as well as to thank me for my business It is clear that Gilpin Roofing puts customer service and satisfaction at the top of the list which is, unfortunately, very rare these days. Highly recommend!

Estimate was provided. I had a leak. They offered to just fix the leak or replace my 17 year old roof. I chose the replacement. 10 year warranty. Arrived on time. Immediately started work and finished as estimated. Workers were professional. Only took a lunch break. Afterwards the cleanup was excellent. No trash left behind. Yard looks like they were never there. No surprised charges. I had a total roof removal and replacement. All the wood was still in excellent condition. I highly recommend this company.
