I'm not sure how this "company" managed anything over one star, I have a feeling they have had friends plug the reviews because most of them are non specific. Made an appointment, no show and no call. Called to see if they were planning on coming out, and got an uninterested guy on the phone who asked us to reschedule. No show no called for that one too. If you need work done I'd suggest summit environmental solutions. I immediately got a response and they are coming out in a reasonable amount of time. Your business should be built on reputable service. Still waiting I just want to point out that the response to this review by the vendor is inaccurate. The company did not call to reschedule. After being an hour late for the first scheduled appointment, we contacted them. They gave is a new appointment today at 1pm, to which they neither showed up for, not called to apologize or inform us they would be late. I don't appreciate the dishonest nature of the response. Again, your actions (or inaction) proceeds your reputation. If you had any honor you would fix your mistake.

What a nice group of gentleman. I called them and they came out the same day to help us out. I called two other companies who weren’t able to come out until a month for an estimate. So thankful for this company and how friendly and helpful they were! You won’t regret using these guys!

Tried to have easy work done, took 5 days to meet and look at the work, got a quote and that was it never heard anything back. So I took my business elsewhere. For the record I also can not comment on the work since nothing was done from him.

I cannot speak to the work of Aegis Roofing, though it looks like their reviews are excellent. Which is why I'm so disappointed I cannot seem to get a contact back. I have left voicemail messages and filled out the online form, to no avail. This indicates they have more work than they can handle, and bravo! I would advise them to expand, since they are losing potential customers just by virtue of not being communicative.

Aegis Roofing is solid and trustworthy. Donald answered my call last Friday and promised to come to my home by Monday to investigate the damage we had to our roof from the severe windstorm last week. He was here on Sunday! He looked over our damaged roof, gave me a very fair quote, and promised to have the repairs done before we had any rain. He and his crew were here first thing Tuesday morning and completed the repairs for the amount that he had quoted to me. And he completed the repairs before any rain, just as he had promised. Donald's word is his bond. I give Aegis Roofing 5 Stars! Many thanks, Donald. You are the best!!
