Couldn't be more satisfied with my roof replacement. Fletcher Construction did a fantastic job. The crew came in started about 7 am and finished my 25 square roof in about 8 hours. Very proficient and just did an all around great job. They protected the landscape and areas around the house, laid tarps out and did a great clean up job. I had a couple of areas where the flashing wasn't correct from the original build and they corrected it on the spot. At the end of installation, the Lead walked me around and explained the whole installation and what they encountered. From the onset of finding Fletcher Construction and setting up the free estimate through the install, Sharon, Tim, Corey and installers took great care of me and my roof. I will be recommending Fletcher Construction to all of my family and friends. Thank you for a great experience (after a horrible experience from another organization). Also, from free estimate to installation only took 9 days. Very happy customer here.

From my first meet with Jeremy, then with Corey everyone presented themselves as the expert in their field . The crew showed up on time, protected my landscaping and worked very efficiently! I literally have only found 2 nails and 1 staple after scouring my yard for debris. My tulips that had just bloomed were unscathed which blew my wife and I away! We fully expected them to get destroyed because of their proximity to the roof line below. The roofing crew as well as the gutter and shutter crew were very friendly and professional, I would say they represented Fletcher as well as you could ask . My son owns two houses in Stafford. Both houses have had work done by Fletcher Construction. The one house has had the windows, roof, gutters, and siding replaced by Fletcher. Excellent job. The clean up was done and you couldn't tell that so much work was done to the house. The second house had the roof replaced, gutters, and siding repair. Again Fletcher to the rescue. Since the color for the siding was no longer in production, and it was a corner piece that needed replaced, Matt made a suggestion of changing the corner pieces color to compliment the windows (white) the cost was very, very reasonable and once done the whole house looked like it got a face lift.
