I have no complaints about the work Sunshine Contracting did for me. The came quickly and gave me an estimate for replacing my kitchen window (this was a large window that took up an entire wall). They worked with me to adjust the scope of work to fit my budget. Once I was ready to proceed, I was given a project manager, we ordered the supplies and scheduled the work. The day of the installation, they came close to when expected and quickly completed the work. My window looks great and I am very pleased with the work and the process.

We used Sunshine Contracting for our gutters, siding and now a new front door. Ryan, the owner, Frank the salesman, Cathy the office manager, and Lee the installer are the best people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! My first encounter with Sunshine was 22 yrs ago and when we needed new windows recently, I didn’t hesitate to ca them again. The windows are beautiful, the installers were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and NEAT! We then decided on a new double front door which was a HUGE collaborative effort with Frank and Cathy because we were very specific with what we wanted and it had to fit within the confines of the existing frame. The door is beyond our expectation and has totally transformed the look of our home. I highly recommend Sunshine Contracting for their professionalism and quality workmanship.. oh... and their employees are the best ever!

Salesman was very informative, professional and friendly. Only issue...which was a non-issue was the installation team was supposed to arrive between 8 and 10AM. they didn't arrive until 12:30 however all work (Gutters and downspouts) were completely removed and replaced within two hours. I would certainly use Sunshine Construction for other needs in the future.

Great customer service. Good communication! Great work. I signed the contract on Wednesday, and they contacted me Thursday about coming that Friday to do a much needed gutter replacement.

Sunshine Contracting provided excellent service from start to finish. The estimate was thorough, and the project manager provided great support. I needed a cosmetic modification of the initial design to satisfy a condo association requirement, and they took care of it quickly. The installation team was on time and efficient.
