If I could give zero I would. We asked for estimate to fix leak in garage and were told need new roof. The estimate came back with a quote for 50 year roof all new vents plus gutters and downspouts along with insulation. None of that was requested. We had roof inspection by another company who advised roof in great shape . Doesnt need new roof,vents,or insulation. I hired another company who fixed leak and put caulking around vents. I am very happy with new company I hired
