We had a great experience with Window World of Richmond! Their products are top of the line and the price was just right. We ended up liking them so much that what started as an estimate for shutters resulted in all new windows and 3 out of our 4 doors being replaced!

The sales department was very considerate and responded to my phone call immediately. A salesman scheduled a meeting for an estimate very quickly. I ordered my special windows. When the windows came in, the installers were polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up before they left. I would recommend Window World. They met my expectations and the windows are beautiful.

They delivered my 11 windows in 4 weeks from order. Was there to install in time frame window. Worked non-stop and professionally. Kind and courteous. And install done in a couple to 3 hours. Have used them in the past and will continue to use them

The crew arrived, laid tarps, the foreman walked through the house to make visual look-see about windows they were going to do. Then, the three men all got to their separate window and started removing old ones. We were spell bound at how speedily and efficiently they worked. No cursing, no grumbling- just worked away. Since they were speaking in a foreign language I asked one of the men where they were from and he said they were Albanian and Americans cannot say their real names so they all answer to " Bobby " ( amusing) so I asked him his Albanian name and I had no trouble repeating it We both laughed at that. We love our new windows and certainly will recommend Window World to any friends or family. Thank you a great job!

The three technicians who came out to install our windows were polite and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They installed the windows quickly and efficiently and even found a way to give me a credit for a previously-replaced window. I would definitely recommend Window World.
