I made an appointment with these guys 12 days in advance of the date...and even confirmed it via email the day before. The home needing a new roof is an hour from my home/office, so it took us an hour to get there...then we waited an hour before learning that they weren't coming. Very bad experience.

Aspen Go away. Like others... we are on Federal DO Not Call Registry. These marketers IGNORE the registry. If they can't do THAT legally and correctly... what makes ANYONE think they could EVER to Home Improvement.

Terrible company. No show several times and delayed job several times. Double billed AND over charged.
