Snow country roofing is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. They communicate well, and explained any issues they saw. Friendly, fair-priced service, they deal with insurance companies for claim-related work, and will respond to any issue, large or small, that I bring to them. Thanks, you guys so much

I was very happy with the service we received from Snow Country! The sales rep Kayla was so kind and her team really came through on my dad's shop! We completely replaced his metal roof and he couldn't be happier! I will definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family on facebook!

After dealing with various little leaks over several years we decided to replace the roof. After searching for a reputable roofing company we found a few companies that caught our eye, we went with Snow Country because of their pricing and professionalism. We were not disappointed. Their crew did a marvelous job. Everything went smoothly including after-job cleanup. I would, highly, recommend this company for your next roofing project.

Full Transparency. 11 of these are fake reviews, Bev Cooper is only real homeowner. Kassy is a previous employee who left after making review for the company. I understand if you want to go with Snow Country Roofing, but personally, I would advise against it. They have terrible business practices, including having crews that aren't even legal, and paying them a low wage. One crew from Chicago got worried about being so close to the border and went home. Also, these crews have created several issues for homeowners I've worked with over the past few months, including installing a completely different product last Thursday on a job to ensure a higher profit...completely disregarding the signed contract. While there are some homeowners that have been very happy, it pains me to think of the quantity that are not and I have zero control over what the company does as a whole. They are NOT accredited with the BBB nor were they voted top 100 contractors of 2018 because the company didnt exist in 2018. They lie to homeowners to get business, and to their employees). The owner of this company, Brian Horton, is also co-owner of American Empire General Contracting (Killington Vermont area) and owner of Proclaims, abandoning that company in Vermont due to the number of complaints from the BBB and Attorney Generals office in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maine, Vermont and New York. Specific Example of poor business practice: The houses they did in December through end of April into may most likely will only have the 10 year shingle warranty and not the full lifetime because the products installed did not adhere to the manufacture guidelines for being able to obtain the lifetime warranty. Homeowner #1 Contracted to remove all existing decking for home up for sale in order to remove black mold in attic area, attach vent pipe to new vent from bathroom, shingle house that is currently for sale. Installed new decking in 3/4 of the roof area and left several pieces that appeared "New" even after having specific instructions to tear it all out. Had someone do an inspection from the RE Company following the work being done to find black mold in the attic still due to the lack of replacement in the entire area. Had to redo a portion of the roof. This went unresolved for weeks. Homeowner #2 1. Contracted for : *16" 26G Panels in Mansard Brown with 2 stabilizing ribs with high temp ice and water *Tear off shingles to deck to review decking status *Pull up a piece of plywood to verify gable vents were sealed off with Ridge Vent on house 2. Installed: *20" mansard brown panels with 0 stabilizing Ribs in 24g and a different underlayment *The crew did NOT tear off the existing shingles , but installed right over them with the metal panels *The crew did NOT verify the existing decking was sound because nothing was torn off *The crew did NOT verify the gable vents were sealed off. *The crew did NOT even bring a trailer for debris removal because they told homeowner it wasn't required to remove the existing shingles (which they had no right to say since it was discussed in detail with the homeowner) *There was no permit on the job in South Burlington which was required and addressed that it was not picked up prior to production. This was written on the estimate, contract and material order signed off for by the homeowner. A stop-payment has been issued due to the breech in contract from Snow Country Roofing until these issues are resolved. This is an example of blatantly disregarding signed documentation in order to make a larger profit on the job. Homeowner #3 Homeowner realized pipe jack was pulled out of pipe from bathroom causing water damage to entire bathroom area and went unresolved for quite some time. Roofers removed rain diverter from house causing water to pour down onto the window sill outside that was wood. This went unresolved for some time. Oh and they withhold pay out of spite if they cannot solve an internal company issue which is completely unrelated, this includes commissions and reimbursements owed.
