Fantastic personlized support and workmanship! We have been dealing with Dave and his team for more than 10 years now and they have been excellent. Our home used to have a 50 year-old cedar roof, which we could not yet afford to replace. The guys from Scholten's came out every few years to inspect and patch the roof at extremely affordable rates. We even experienced a huge leak and Dave came out personally over the week-end to lend a hand. When the time came for a new roof, we did not even consider asking other quotations as we wanted to work with people who knew and who cared about us (Subsequently, I have compared prices and there is simply no way that we would have been able to get the same quality roof for the price Scholten's had provided.) The short of it is is that our new roof is now a year old and, despite the worst weather conditions we have experienced on the North Shore in 20 years, the Scholten's roof has stood up to the punishment perfectly ... I was in the ceiling this week to install new lights and there is not a sign of any moisture anywhere. We have a ten year guarantee and true peace of mind.
