I've not quite moved in to my new home and it takes me a few hours to drive up each time I need to be there. Bob was great in accommodating my schedule and even meeting me on short notice at a coffee shop to run through the work, contract and roofing choices. Before I closed on my house!! Also the roofing work started three weeks early!!! And Joe the foreman was fabulous to work with. When he found out I lived a few hours away and couldn't be on site, he constantly gave me updates. And sent me pictures of the work and asked me questions so that I could make informed decisions. That to me is very important for a long distance customer working OT on a full time project and greatly reduced my anxiety and stress. Very happy with the final result!!
