We got other estimates that were lower, but we chose Ibex because we were very impressed with the quality of materials, the attention to detail, the responsiveness and the professionalism of everyone we had contact with. We were convinced we would get a superior result. The workers, led by Fidel, were careful, polite, neat and worked quickly and efficiently. Our new roof looks beautiful We liked everything about the experience. We highly recommend Ibex.

Let’s face it, no one wants to pay for a new roof, but if you have to replace your roof, I can’t say enough great things about IBEX Roof! Very professional, competitive pricing and warranties. Returned phone calls and emailed me with status reports as to delivery time etc. Two other companies I requested bids from never even got bids back to me! and one company said they didn’t have time for me.🙄 I still had other bids to compare tho. Jesus, Angel and the rest of the crew were fantastic! They were very careful about protecting my plants during tear off, made sure my dog did not get loose from our fenced yard, and did an amazing job with cleanup, using a magnet to make sure there were no stray nails or staples in my yard. They also checked in with my neighbors to let them know what was happening. So professional and courteous. Go with IBEX Roof! They do not disappoint!

I recently had IBEX out to do some roof work, after looking online and seeing the reviews, I had to give them a shot! Lets just say, THE REVIEWS DON'T LIE. They were very responsive to my needs and were able to get out and perform the work in a hurry! After a very rainy night I woke up to a wet bathroom ceiling that had a soft spot, called IBEX Roof and was delighted that they would inspect our roof right away. Trent found the problem, gave me the estimate and scheduled the work for the next day, all of which made me very happy. Better yet, the IBEX crew found a way to fix our roof on the same day.
