Your roofing technician Jason was prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. He communicates clearly and explains things very well, without making someone feel ignorant. He answered all my questions, explained all the options, and provided sound reasoning for the work that needed to be done. I was especially pleased when he didn't push the most expensive option, but helped me sort through the priorities of cost, safety, and longevity of repairs. and warranties I was quite pleased, and I highly recommend both Jason and Guardian roofing.

Great all around! Guardian sent us an email the morning of the appointment with the name and the photo of the person who would be doing the job, which I thought was great. Joe called when he was on his way, showed up just when he said he would and did everything very quickly and cleaned everything up. Very nice, polite and professional.

Tait, the estimated, was incredibly thorough and professional. He obviously knows his stuff. I wish I didn't have to wait a week for the bid appointment! Guardian had the highest bid, but I felt confident that the work would be done right. Tait was the only estimater that went into the attic. He was the only one who inspected the chimneys and saw cracks in the mortar. Guardian ventilated the bathroom fans to the outside and rebuilt part of my chimneys. The work was cleaned up every evening and I left on vacation out of country knowing that things would be handled well in my absence. Upon my return the roof was finished and my garden was immaculate. I would recommend Guardian absolutely.
