The roof is great and the management does care about the customer experience. I had one pretty poor interaction with an employee, but the owner called me to follow up about my experience. I would recommend them.

We had Alan with ABR come out and assess our roof about 3 years ago, and he was very straightforward with us that it was near the end of it's life but probably had a few more years in it if we wanted to wait; nothing urgent. A different company had told us it needed to be replaced immediately. I had a good vibe from this interaction, and so 3 years later when we decided to sell our home, I called ABR back and said we were ready to get a new roof in preparation for listing our home. Through every stage of the process they were pleasant, immediately reachable, and attentive to detail. The crew that did the job was extremely efficient and had the entire job done in 2 days. Our house has an addition with a flat roof that presented a somewhat unique challenge but they did excellent work on this part as well. Overall I have been more than satisfied with ABR, and unequivocally offer my absolute recommendation without reservation.

My extended family has had 4 roofs replaced by A Better Roofing Company in the last 6 months and they did a fantastic job. Michael and Alan were great to talk to. A Better Roofing company was recommended by another roofing company that only does flat roofs and a coworker had her roof done by them, as well as her parents' roof and she had nothing but positive words to say.

We hired ABR to install a new roof using a 30-yr composite shingle. We also had them install new sky lights and fascia boards. The project was poorly managed and the work on the fascia boards was poorly done. They kept missing details while speeding through the project. I ultimately had to take time off work to keep them pointed in the right direction. I would not use them again.
